i miss you

hello xanga. im not too sure if you remember me, but my name is dylan, and i used to spend a large majority of my time with you. i know that there were millions of people who graced your presence, but id like to think that somehow, someway, i made an impression on you.

a lot has happened in the past 11 months since ive been on you. a lot. the last time we talked, i had two jobs, was single, in a band, and jeez, i cant even write a whole entry noe without checking my myspace. im pathetic, but you know that. well since last year ive made a whole new group of friends, and even reunited with some lost ones. but, ive lost some, and you know what, im ok with that. way ok, actually

you know what, i wanted to go farther, but my life is calling me, and i need to go. im sorry xanga, but ill write again soon....

dear xanga,

it has been quite a long while since my fingers have typed in your URL, but im glad i did. its good to see an old friend.  a lot has been going on, i guess, since my last entry.  I have met some new people, and now i have two jobs. i guess its not too bad, i just need money, but you know how it goes, right?  im in a band now, and its pretty cool.  my hair is getting longer and longer, so thats sweet.  i still am single, and im happy with that.  school just ended, and now i am half way done with my high school career. high five..i know i know. i really miss when xanga was sweet, but now myspace is taking over. I sincerely apologize for me neglecting you.  It sort of reminds me of toy story 2. The kids grow up, and dont want their toys any more :(. so they put them in a box..all alone, and give them away. tear tear.  haha..what a sad movie.

well xanga, i guess this is where i must leave.  my life is calling for me, and i kind of need to tend to that.  untill another day...

Cold Night In Hell
The following is an actual question given: Is Hell exothermic (giving off energy/heat) or endothermic (absorbing energy/heat)? Support your answer with proof.

Most of the students wrote using Boyles Law: gas cools when it expands and heats up when compressed. One student, however, wrote the following:

"First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing over time. So, we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to hell it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving.

"As far as how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions. Some state that if you are not a member of their religion then you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one religion and since people do not belong to more than one religion we can safely project that all people and all souls go to Hell. And, with the birth and death rates as they are we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.

"Now, if we will look at the rate of change with respect to volume in Hell. Because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to remain the same the volume of Hell has to expand as souls are added. This gives only two possibilities:

"If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate than which souls are entering then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.

"Of course, if hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls then the temperature will drop until all Hell freezes over.

"So which is it?

"If we accept the postulate given to me by Ms. Sheryl Atkinson during my freshman year that it would 'be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,' and taking into account that I have not succeeded in having sexual relations with her, then I am sure that Hell must be exothermic."

This student received the only 'A'.

Analysis of my 15th year of life....

As I sit here unable to sleep in my freezing room, I ponder upon what has become of recent time. My 15th year of life on this Earth has passed in what seemed like very little time. It had its few ups and its many downs, but who am I to sit here and dwell on what could have been.  One major accomplishment was met, and that was my entire 15th year was spent alone, single, without complanionship.  Not something I am entirely proud of, as it starts to eat away at one's self confidence after a period of time.  All I can do is hope that my day will soon come, and dream of the future rather than live in the good times of the past.

Heres to a good 16.....
